Refund policy

 

6-Week Classes:

Please ensure when signing up for a course that you will be able to attend all lessons scheduled for that course. Ceramics are typically completed on a weekly basis (just like our courses are laid out)! This is very important to maintain due to the drying time required for your pieces each week. Missing a class may mean your pieces become too dry to work with, and need to be disposed of.

Students Enrolled in Current Class:
Your scheduled class and well-being are very important to us; we understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur. If you need to miss one of your classes, we respectfully request at least a 48 hours notice in order to reschedule your missed class. Please note that joining a make-up class only applies to our 6-week wheel throwing courses, hand building classes cannot be made-up at this time.

  • We do our best to avoid holidays when scheduling these classes, however if a holiday lands amidst a 6 week class, the class will go ahead as scheduled.

  • Students Enrolled in Current Class: Please note that if you are unable to give us at least 48 hours notice that you will be missing a class, we are unable to guarantee that we will be able to schedule a make-up class.

  • In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, we will do our best to work within the studio and instructor schedules to help you make up your class.

CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS

Classes cancelled within 72 hours of the start date are subject to a refund or credit only if a replacement is found for your signup. Classes cancelled anytime prior to 72 hours from the start date are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover our processing fees. Alternatively, you may request your refund be given in a Gift Card in which case there are no fees and the entire amount will be refunded to a gift card for you to use towards a future class.  Classes are subject to cancellation by Fired Clay in the case of low enrollment. If classes are cancelled by Fired Clay, you will receive a full refund, including processing fees. 

Unfortunately, we cannot refund gift cards.
